"My only comment is that give our late arrival to McCall we had to rely only on the paper work picked up at the office box. At no point was an actual address provided to us, instead only directions to the Ashbrook Condos. Give the large amount of snow in town and the late hour of the day (after dark) we had decent amount of difficultly locating the property. Please consider printing the actual address of the property on the paper work in the future."

"Unit 1 was fairly nice, but there was a strip of vynil loose on the kitchen counter that caught on our clothes. If we had glue, we could have easily fixed it. Beds were quite soft. "

"This is a great location. The unit had adequate space for our needs. However there were a lot of problems. The thermostats do not work properly. If set above 55 it was very hot in the unit, if set below 55 it was cold. The front door did not latch, had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed. The bedroom floor was not vacuumed properly-there were pills on the floor. Supplies were inadequate-one roll of very cheap toilet paper, one trash bag, a few drops of dish soap."

for the smoker downstairs. It was so bad I had to retreat inside and close the patio doors to keep the noxious smell out!"

"I found the Condo to be very clean and comfortable. Every thing was well kept. I also like the closeness for the fishing and the town. I would gladly like to stay another time, and if anyone is looking for a home away from home the Ashbrook Condo's is the place.

"We loved our stay at the Ashbrook condos, a perfect location within walking distance to the lake and town. Our place was clean and had everything we needed, and I was thrilled that it wasn't too fancy so I could relax about my 3 small children being there. We will stay there again."

"Nice place.
Ground floor with slider onto patio and grass area made it ideal for our dog. One of the beds had some kind of crumbs in it. Toilet flusher was malfunctioning 50% of the time. Had to leave the lid off to reach in and tweak the flusher so that water would re-enter the tank after the flush."

"First of all InIdaho.com was fantastic. The unit was dirty and they sent someone out right away and cleaned it. The unit does need some heavy cleaning and the appliances are horrible. The unit is tired and everything is worn out such as seating, beds and bedding. Dont even try and use the washer and dryer. The location is great and with some cleaning, new appliances and new furnishings this place would be great."
