For skiers, this single-level condo is a dream come true. The Dollar Mountain ski area is just a mile away and includes a variety of green and blue runs. Sun Valley's Bald Mountain is less than three miles away, and the nearby town of Ketchum is a five-minute drive away.
The condo itself is cozy and inviting - a wonderful place to relax after a successful day on the slopes. Homey touches such as books and local artwork create a welcoming environment.
In the living area, you'll find a gas fireplace, a cable-equipped flat screen TV, and a DVD player. There's plenty of room for your small group to hang out while you play board games, read, or surf the internet using the condo's free WIFI.
Cooking is easy in this vacation rental's fully equipped kitchen, and cleanup is a breeze thanks to the dishwasher. The dining room table seats up to six.
Up to four lucky guests can choose between two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size log bed, rustic décor, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds. There is also a second full bathroom.
About The Bluff
Named for the land feature they sit on, the Bluff Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Road 1 mile from the Elkhorn Plaza. Sun Valley Village is about 2 miles away, and Ketchum & the River Run lift are about 3.5 miles away.

POLICIES
The Bluff Unit 4006 (Bluff Mountain Charmer) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
